  • Do you sell fabric?

    Seamless designs are digital product and no physical items will be shipped. Preview shows watermark but will not be included on the download

  • What is the download process like?

    When your purchase is good to go, keep an eye out for those download choices zipping to your email! Download away, my friend, there's no stopping you once you've claimed it :)

  • Do I own the file after purchase?

    Yes you do. Please see rules below for what is and is not allowed. Finished work will be sent as .png with a 300 DPI unless otherwise requested.

  • How do I use your files, I don't own a small shop?

    You can bring files to any small shop for custom orders! Explore fabric sites for personal items. See our FB page for our shop collaborations!

  • I am a small shop owner, what are the rules?

    Please see licensing information below.

  • Can I change a design?

    My files arrive just as displayed in the product snapshot. Want a different color background then what is offered? Snag a background switch!

  • Do you do customs?

    Yes I do non-exclusive and exclusive. Custom spots open weekly on Tuesdays at 6pm mst. Number of spots will change based on how busy my week is :)

  • What is your TAT for customs?

    TAT for customs hinges on what's in the que in front of your order. Normally, TAT should not exceed a week from filling out the form. However, if more drafts are necessary, the process might stretch a bit longer.

  • Tell me more about your custom adjustments

    For the $5 custom spot, 1 draft is included. You can make as many adjustments as you wish, however, please remember each additional draft is an additional cost.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the nature of the instant download of these digital files we cannot offer refunds for incorrect purchases. If you lose your file you can re download at any time.

  • What if my seamless file isn't seamless?

    At HSD I aim for perfection, but hey, pobody's nerfect! If a mishap slips through, reach out and I'll make it right. Plus, I'll sweeten the deal with an extra file for free!

  • What's in the Rep Only collection?

    As a perk for all the amazing things my team does for me, there is 1 Team Exclusive file that they get per month! If you wanna know more about being a collab or rep send me a message!

Licensing for Small Shops

All HSD designs include a commercial license that grants the purchaser to make up to 200 end products (fabric purchases - not individual items) thru their own small business. If you are a fabric print shop, Leather/vinyl shop, sell sublimation sheets, mailing supplies etc you will need an additional licensing agreement before purchasing to print..

Additional information

Artwork Protection

  • You may not claim my artwork as your own, trace, copy or alter to make your own.
  • You may resize/crop my artwork to create graphics to be used in non-commercial ways, but not alter the artwork itself
  • Purchaser must post my designs with watermark after purchase. You can use mine or your own. Please make sure to protect the work that HSD has done.
  • You may show purchased HSD work anywhere without our permission as long as credit is given and file is watermarked. I do not need to be told about any item shown but a tag sure is nice!

Customs

  • For any exclusives, as the artist I own the rights to the elements but not your file. I reserve the right to alter or rearrange original for future designs.
  • Down payment is required before beginning any custom. Additional payment may be required depending on additional drafts.
  • Customs with trademarked items will have additional cost.
  • HSD has the rights to the commissioned artwork to post on our site, FB, IG and other site. Reference images may be included.
  • As the artist, I have the right to refuse any custom design for the following:
    *Lack of communication
    *Something that goes against my core beliefs (see core beliefs)
    *Rude/Inappropriate behavior
    *Copying another artists work

Pricing/Payment

  • All prices are in USD
  • All prices are subject to change according to complexity, size.

After Purchase Rules

  • You may not use any HSD files for manufacturing without purchasing additional licensing.
  • You may not resell HSD files or claim as your own
  • You may not give away any HSD files for free, share my designs with friends or other small shops except for your own item.
  • You may not use HSD files for digital products to be sold.
  • Designs cannot be used for print on demand sites for the purpose of resell.
  • You may not resell any HSD files, use commercially unless this has been discussed prior to purchase. Additional licensing rates will apply.

Core Beliefs

  • I believe in fair treatment of all.
  • I will not profit off of something that is not my heritage. IE Black History Month, Cinco de Mayo, Day of the Dead, Turquoise/American Indian symbols. I will assist you in finding a small shop that is owned by any one of those heritages and more :)
  • In addition, I am in support of and an ally for LGBTQIA+, Trans rights, women's rights, black rights...essentially basic human rights. I am a giant proponent of kindness and respect for all.
  • In addition, boujee type of items (IE things with LV and other name brands) are also things I will not create for fear of losing my shop in its entirety.
