HappySmile Designs Fabric & Manufacturing Commercial License (Annual)

This license is for customers using HappySmile Designs files for fabric printing, bamboo products, overseas manufacturing, wholesale production, or other large-scale commercial use.

✔ Covers all current and future HappySmile Designs PNGs and seamless files during your active license period.

Design files are not included and must be purchased separately.

This license is required if you:

• Print fabric for resale

• Create bamboo products using HappySmile Designs artwork

• Use overseas manufacturers or print-on-demand production partners

• Produce wholesale products featuring HappySmile Designs designs

• Manufacture products on a large commercial scale

Please Note:

• License is valid for one year from the purchase date and must be renewed annually. 

• Digital files may not be resold, shared, gifted, or redistributed in any form.

• A copy of your commercial license will be provided after purchase.

Not sure if you need this license?

If you're creating and selling finished products on a typical small-business scale and are not printing fabric, manufacturing products, or selling wholesale, this license is generally not required.
